Features
1. Heat resistance: XLPE insulation can resist high temperatures. It won’t deform or get damaged. AEXSF type cable is very heat-resistant. So, it suits high-heat applications.
2. Mechanical properties: The mesh 3D structure of XLPE gives the cable high strength and flexibility. It retains its electrical and physical properties when bent or stretched.
3. Electrical performance: The XLPE insulation layer has great electrical insulation. Its dielectric loss tangent is small and stable with rising temperatures. This ensures long-term, reliable electrical transmission.
4. Environmental protection and safety: XLPE material has no oil. So, there is no need to consider the route during laying. This avoids delays due to oil dripping. At the same time, XLPE material resists aging and chemicals. This improves the cable’s safety and reliability.
