CABLE CONSTRUCTION

Conductor : Copper conductor according to BS EN 60228 class 1/2/5.

H07Z1-U : 1.5-10mm2 Class 1 solid copper conductor to BS EN 60228.

Insulation : Thermoplastic compound of type TI 7 to EN 50363-7.

Insulation Option : UV resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, anti-rodent and anti-termite properties can be offered as option.

H07Z1-U is a single-core cable with solid or stranded copper wires as conductors.

It is designed to comply with European standards and is suitable for circuits with AC voltages up to 1000V or DC voltages of 750V.

The conductor has a maximum operating temperature of 90°C, ensuring stable performance in high temperature environments.

The insulation is low smoke and non-halogen (LSZH), which increases safety in case of fire and reduces the production of toxic fumes.

COLOUR CODE

Black, Blue, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Turquoise, Violet, White, Green and Yellow.

PHYSICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES

Maximum temperature range during operation : 70°C
Maximum short circuit temperature (5 Seconds) : 160°C
Minimum bending radius :
OD<8mm : 4 × Overall Diameter
8mm≤OD≤12mm : 5 × Overall Diameter

FEATURES

Low smoke and halogen free: in case of fire, it releases less smoke and is halogen free, which reduces the harm to human body and environment.

High temperature resistance: can work continuously under 90°C, suitable for installation inside equipment with high temperature.

Flame retardant: Comply with EC60332-1-2 and other standards, with good flame retardant and self-extinguishing characteristics to improve safety.

Environmental protection certification: such as ROHS certification, indicating that its materials are environmentally friendly and do not contain harmful substances.

Internal wiring: suitable for wiring inside switches, patch panels and electrical equipment, emphasizing its suitability for applications with high precision or safety requirements.

APPLICATION

Public buildings: Due to its low-smoke and halogen-free characteristics, it is particularly suitable for installation in public and government buildings, such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, etc., to protect personnel safety.

Inside electrical equipment: Used for internal wiring of electrical and electronic equipment, especially in environments where there may be increased danger due to smoke or toxic fumes.

Duct wiring: Commonly used for fixed laying in ducts, suitable for occasions where hidden wiring is required.

High safety standard areas: in places where there are strict requirements for fire protection and environmental performance of cables, such as data centers and subway systems.

In summary, H07Z1-U power cables are widely used in electrical installations that require high safety and low environmental impact due to their safety, environmental protection and high temperature resistance properties
