H07Z1-R Power Cable for Public Buildings
CABLE CONSTRUCTION
Conductor : Copper conductor according to BS EN 60228 class 1/2/5.
H07Z1-R : 1.5-630mm2 Class 2 stranded copper conductor to BS EN 60228.
Insulation : Thermoplastic compound of type TI 7 to EN 50363-7.
Insulation Option : UV resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, anti-rodent and anti-termite properties can be offered as option.
Type and Material: H07Z1-R is a single-core, low-smoke, halogen-free insulated stranded rigid wire, meaning that it is low-smoke and halogen-free, which reduces the production of toxic fumes in case of fire and is suitable for locations with high environmental and personnel safety requirements.
Applicable Voltage:This wire is suitable for use in circuits with AC voltages up to 1000V or DC voltages up to 750V, making it suitable for internal wiring with high voltage requirements.
Working temperature: The maximum working temperature is 90°C, indicating that it can withstand higher temperature environments and is suitable for installation in pipelines or inside electrical appliances.
Insulation material: Halogen-free flame retardant material is used, which improves the cable’s fire resistance and environmental friendliness.
COLOUR CODE
Black, Blue, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Turquoise, Violet, White, Green and Yellow.
PHYSICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES
Maximum temperature range during operation : 70°C
Maximum short circuit temperature (5 Seconds) : 160°C
Minimum bending radius :
OD<8mm : 4 × Overall Diameter
8mm≤OD≤12mm : 5 × Overall Diameter
OD>12mm : 6 × Overall Diameter
FEATURES
Halogen-free flame retardant: In case of fire, it will not release a lot of harmful gases, which is in line with environmental protection and safety standards.
Low Smoke: Produces less smoke when burning, which facilitates clear vision and evacuation of people in case of fire.
Internal wiring: Designed for wiring inside equipment or specific electrical installations, emphasizing its use in restricted spaces or specialized equipment.
High Temperature Resistance: Can work stably at higher temperatures, ensuring reliability for long-term use.
APPLICATION
Telecommunications facilities: Due to its halogen-free and flame-retardant properties, H07Z1-R is commonly used for the internal wiring of telecommunications installations and modules.
Public Buildings: Used for internal electrical systems in public buildings, such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings, where the safety of personnel and the reduction of fire risk need to be considered.
Inside electrical equipment: For electrical equipment that requires wires to operate safely in a limited space, such as switches, control panels, etc.
Protective laying: can be used inside or around lamps to ensure safe wiring in lighting equipment.
To summarize, H07Z1-R power cords are mainly used in electrical installation and internal wiring scenarios of equipment that require strict safety standards due to their safe, environmentally friendly and high temperature resistant characteristics.
