CABLE CONSTRUCTION

Conductor : Copper conductor according to BS EN 60228 class 1/2/5.

H07Z1-K : 1.5-240mm2 Class 5 stranded copper conductor to BS EN 60228.

Insulation : Thermoplastic compound of type TI 7 to EN 50363-7.

Insulation Option : UV resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, anti-rodent and anti-termite properties can be offered as option.

Voltage Rating: H07Z1-K is normally suitable for 450/750 volt environments.

Insulation: Cross-linked polyolefin or similar materials are used as insulation to ensure electrical performance at high temperatures.

Operating Temperature: The operating temperature range is from -15°C to +90°C in dynamic use, and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +90°C in static use.

Bending radius: dynamic bending radius of 8 times the cable diameter, the same in static.

Flame retardant: conforms to IEC 60332.1 standard, with certain flame retardant properties.

Specification: According to different conductor cross-sectional area, there are various specifications, such as 1.5mm², 2.5mm², etc., to meet different current carrying requirements.
