H07Z1-K : 1.5-240mm2 Class 5 stranded copper conductor to BS EN 60228.
Insulation : Thermoplastic compound of type TI 7 to EN 50363-7.
Insulation Option : UV resistance, hydrocarbon resistance, oil resistance, anti-rodent and anti-termite properties can be offered as option.
Voltage Rating: H07Z1-K is normally suitable for 450/750 volt environments.
Insulation: Cross-linked polyolefin or similar materials are used as insulation to ensure electrical performance at high temperatures.
Operating Temperature: The operating temperature range is from -15°C to +90°C in dynamic use, and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +90°C in static use.
Bending radius: dynamic bending radius of 8 times the cable diameter, the same in static.
Flame retardant: conforms to IEC 60332.1 standard, with certain flame retardant properties.
Specification: According to different conductor cross-sectional area, there are various specifications, such as 1.5mm², 2.5mm², etc., to meet different current carrying requirements.
COLOUR CODE
Black, Blue, Brown, Grey, Orange, Pink, Red, Turquoise, Violet, White, Green and Yellow.
PHYSICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES
Maximum temperature range during operation : 70°C
Maximum short circuit temperature (5 Seconds) : 160°C
Minimum bending radius :
OD<8mm : 4 × Overall Diameter
8mm≤OD≤12mm : 5 × Overall Diameter
OD>12mm : 6 × Overall Diameter
FEATURES
Low smoke and non-halogen: In case of fire, it produces less smoke and does not release toxic gases, which is conducive to the safe evacuation of people.
Heat resistance: can withstand higher temperatures, suitable for long-term work in high-temperature environments.
Insulation performance: good electrical insulation performance, to ensure the safe transmission of electricity.
Flame retardant and safety: Designed to meet fire safety standards, reducing the risk of fire.
Applicable environment: suitable for dry or humid indoor environments, as well as places with strict requirements on smoke and toxicity.
APPLICATION
Indoor Wiring: Widely used for wiring lighting fixtures inside buildings, including residential, commercial and industrial locations.
Valuable equipment: especially suitable for densely populated or areas where valuable equipment is installed, such as high-rise buildings, shopping malls, important data centers, etc., in order to protect the safety of property and personnel.
Electrical connection: It can be used to connect electrical equipment such as lights, switchgear, distribution boxes, etc. to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical system.
Industrial environment: due to its good mechanical properties and chemical resistance, it is also suitable for internal wiring or fixed wiring of some industrial equipment.
To summarize, H07Z1-K power cord is particularly suitable for applications requiring high safety standards due to its low-smoke and halogen-free characteristics, ensuring that the hazards are reduced in the event of a fire, as well as good electrical performance and adaptability, and it is widely used in a variety of indoor electrical installations.
