Construction
Conductors:Stranded copper conductor, class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/HD 383 S2.
Insulation:Rubber type EI4 according to DIN VDE 0282 Part 1/HD 22.1.
Inner Sheath :(for ≥ 10 mm^2 or more than 5 cores) NR/SBR rubber type EM1.
Outer Sheath :CR/PCP rubber type EM2.
Conductor: Made of soft tinned copper or bare copper strands, in accordance with Class 5 standards of IEC 60228, EN 60228, and VDE 0295.
Insulation material: Synthetic rubber (E.P.R.), meeting the requirements of DIN VDE 0282 Part 1 + HD 22.1.
Sheath material: Also synthetic rubber, with EM2 grade, ensuring good mechanical properties and environmental adaptability.
Color coding: The conductor color follows the HD 308 (VDE 0293-308) standard, for example, 2 cores are brown and blue, 3 cores and above include green/yellow (ground) and other colors to distinguish each phase.
Voltage level: The nominal voltage Uo/U is 450/750 volts, and the test voltage is up to 2500 volts.
Physical properties: There are clear standards for conductor resistance, insulation thickness, sheath thickness, etc. to ensure the electrical performance and mechanical strength of the cable.
