H05SST-F Power cable for Glassware Factory
Cable Construction
Fine tinned copper strands
Strands to VDE-0295 Class-5, IEC 60228 Cl-5
Cross-linked silicone (EI 2) core insulation
Color code VDE-0293-308
Cross-linked silicone (EM 9) outer jacket – black
Overall polyester fiber braid(only for H05SST-F)
Rated Voltage: H05SST-F power cable is rated at 300/500V, which means it can work safely at AC voltages up to 500V.
Insulation Material: The cable uses silicone rubber as the insulation material, which has excellent heat and cold resistance and can maintain stable performance under extreme temperatures.
Sheathing Material: Silicone rubber is also used as the sheathing material to provide additional protection and weather resistance.
Conductor: Typically consisting of stranded bare or tinned copper wire, ensuring good electrical performance and conductivity.
Additional features: The cables are ozone and UV resistant and have good resistance to water and rain.

Features
High and low temperature resistance: H05SST-F cables are able to work in temperatures ranging from -60°C to +180°C and are suitable for use in high or low temperature environments.
Tear resistance and mechanical strength: the silicone rubber material gives the cable good tear resistance and is suitable for use where high mechanical strength is required.
Low smoke and halogen free: the cable produces low smoke when burning and is halogen free, conforming to IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2 standards, making it suitable for use in applications where the safety of the environment and personnel is important.
Chemical resistance: the chemical stability of silicone rubber makes the cable resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
Applications
High temperature environments: H05SST-F cables are widely used in machinery and equipment in high temperature environments, such as steel mills, glass factories, nuclear power plants, marine equipment, ovens, steam ovens, projectors, welding equipment etc.
Outdoor use: Due to its weatherproof and UV-resistant properties, the cable is suitable for outdoor installation, including wet and dry rooms, but not for direct underground burial.
Fixed and mobile installations: the cable is suitable for fixed installations and mobile installations without a defined cable path, being able to withstand occasional mechanical movements without tensile stress.
Industrial applications: In industrial environments, H05SST-F cables are commonly used for internal wiring, such as the internal wiring of lighting fixtures, as well as where high temperature and chemical resistance is required.
In short, H05SST-F power cables are ideal for use in high temperature and harsh environments due to their excellent temperature resistance, mechanical strength and chemical stability.
